Honestly, I would use enzymatic cleaners that are sold in pet stores to rid odor and stain from dogs and cats.
You could also try cleaning the area with White vinegar solution made up of 1/3 cup of white vinegar, 2/3 cup of water. Don’t worry, the odor of the vinegar will go away once it has dried.
*NEVER use ammonia on urine stains, as this will only intensify the odor of the ammonia found in the urine!
